Great stay for a family visit
We had a solid couple of nights here. The staff was super friendly, and check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and comfy enough for the fam. Wish the bathroom had better heating since it was a tad cold though. Loved the picnic area for relaxing. All in all, it was great value for money!

The self-service food options next door were a real treat, perfect for a quick bite and a coffee hit! Found a solid spot to kick back and though the rooms were a bit tired, the beds were comfy and the shower delivered good pressure. Definitely hit the mark for a road trip pit stop!
Had a bit of a kerfuffle at check-in when I was told I couldn't access my room without my partner's say-so—totally awkward! And the showers could use a total refresh.

The location was ideal for a stopover during our trip, just off the motorway with plenty of food options nearby. The room was spacious enough, and the tea and coffee facilities were great. my daughter's pull-out bed was significantly shorter than a standard bed, which might be a concern for older children or adults. the stay served its purpose well, and we got a good rest after a long drive.

Great stopover for families!
We had a decent stay with our kids. The staff were super welcoming and friendly, and the room had plenty of space for us. Loved the picnic area for meals outside! The bathroom, though, really needs some TLC – felt a bit shabby.

I stopped here for a night during a long drive and was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the staff were. My room felt cozy with decent space to stretch out. The bed was comfortable, providing a restful night. the bathroom needed some work. The extractor fan was noisy and didn't seem to function properly, leading to a humid atmosphere. the hot tap at the sink kept dripping and couldn't be turned off completely. Despite these bathroom issues, everything else was tidy and clean, and free overnight parking is a nice bonus. Check-out was smooth, and the staff were helpful, offering great tips for getting back on the road. If they could sort out the bathroom problems, it would make for a much better stay.

The Double Room with Sofa Bed boasted a decent amount of space for relaxation and convenience. It had necessary furnishings, making it functional for a night’s stay, which is sometimes all you need after a long journey.
The window facing the car park couldn't be shut due to a broken frame, raising concerns about potential rain entering the room. first impressions took a hit—the corridor was marked by a lingering odor that vanished once entering the room. No lift access posed challenges for some, and noise traveled easily between rooms—car alarms outside and thin walls made for a restless night. Small comforts like a proper towel rail or a shower that drained effectively were missing as well, and updating some of the amenities could make a real difference.
